Throughout history, corsets have played an essential part in moulding the female silhouette. Corsets are one of the most loved and contested garments in history, making them a great source of inspiration. There is no other garment that defines bodily shape as rigorously as a proper corset does.

Corsets constructed by AnnaKarenina designs and corsetry all consist of three layers of fabric and metal boning, to give them that heavy authentic feel. The portfolio models can be made to measure. However, new models can be designed as well. Extra reduction is possible for trained waists, as are training corsets for those waists that still have to be trained. All corsets are custom made, made to measure. Even if the corset is a portfolio model, the pattern used, is still made especially for you. A corset is an exaggeration of your shape; it can’t ever be an average.
